The Role of Spiritual Belief in Leadership
Rev. Randall Thames (“Pastor Randy”) has been licensed and ordained over the past two decades. He has faithfully served as Deputy Pastor and Adjunct Pastor for multiple churches during that time. Pastor Randy has participated in organizational ministry development to churches, conducted bible study, weddings, funerals, christenings, baptisms, dedications. He and his wife of over 30 years, Deacon Trina, have led family and marriage ministry at Celebration Church at Columbia, MD for the past several years, to include marriage immersions, mediation couples marriage counseling and pre-marital counsel. Pastor Randy is an international preacher, speaker and teacher, traveling to venues where he has preached to thousands.
